Suggested Honorarium

$300 – $800Local Lansing area
$800 – $3,000+Conferences & large services

Technical Requirements

  • 4–8 vocal microphones · Full band input
  • Monitors or in-ear system
  • Stage space for full team · 60–90 min setup

Hospitality

  • Water for all team members
  • Secure preparation area · Parking access
  • Light refreshments for events over 3 hours

  • Stage for singers, band, and dancers
  • FOH sound engineer · Monitors or in-ear

Booking Fee

$750 – $1,200Small event / limited team
$1,200 – $2,500Standard experience
$2,500 – $5,000+Full T.L.C.W.E. experience

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit non-refundable upon signing
  • Full payment may apply for late cancellations
  • Force majeure clause applies for emergencies
