Before the first note is played, before the room fills, Kisha is already in position — covering the team, the space, and the people who are on their way. Her intercession is not a formality; it is the spiritual infrastructure upon which every encounter is built. As Lead Intercessor, she carries a mantle that is both rare and necessary, and T.L.C.W.E. is what it is in part because of what she does when no one else sees it.

Meet Andrea! A prophetic intercessor and an emerging voice deeply committed to biblical truths and living a life rooted in the transformative power of God's Word. She believes in continually being a student of the scriptures, driven by a heart that seeks understanding, revelation and to make known the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As a higher education professional, she offers coaching strategies and facilitation methods within the realm of organizational leadership. Her professional journey is built on a foundation of guiding individuals to unlock their full potential, through mentorship and counseling.

Born and raised in Lansing, she's a multifaceted creative, avid traveler, auntie and dog mom.

SaRina Douglas's prayer life runs deeper than most will ever know. Nyshell Watson covers T.L.C.W.E. in faithful intercession with a heart that is fully surrendered to what God is doing in this movement. She stands in the gap not because she has to, but because she understands the weight of what it means to have spiritual covering over a worship encounter. Marcie Williams brings a spirit of prayer and spiritual sensitivity to every T.L.C.W.E. encounter that helps build and sustain the atmosphere the collective is called to carry. Her intercession is both personal and corporate — she prays for individuals she sees, for the team she stands with, and for the city she believes God is not finished with. Marcie's faithfulness on the intercessory team is a testament to the kind of woman she is outside of the encounter room as well. Her prayers go ahead of the team before they ever arrive.

Tony Rush stands with the T.L.C.W.E. intercessory team with a covering that is both consistent and powerful. Tony carries a burden for the body of Christ in Lansing, and that burden shows up every time he intercedes.
