Robert Lee Kyle III
Our Spotlight Artists

Robert Lee Kyle III

Spotlight Artist
Robert Lee Kyle III is a gifted gospel artist from the Lansing area whose Spotlight feature at T.L.C.W.E. introduced the room to a voice and a ministry that is impossible to ignore. His gift carries the unmistakable mark of someone who has spent real time in the presence of God, not just the presence of a microphone. Robert brings a combination of vocal power and spiritual depth that serves the moment rather than the moment serving him. His appearance on the T.L.C.W.E. stage was not a performance — it was a testimony with a melody.

Shavona Morgan

Spotlight Artist
Shavona Morgan brought her gift and her anointing to the T.L.C.W.E. stage as a featured Spotlight Artist, and the room was never the same after she stepped to the microphone. Her worship is authentic, her delivery is powerful, and her heart for God is evident in every note she sings. Shavona represents the kind of artist T.L.C.W.E. was built to spotlight — not famous by the world's standards, but deeply gifted and uncompromisingly submitted to what God is doing in Lansing. Her feature was a moment the collective still talks about.
Jalen Bell
Our Spotlight Artists

Jalen Bell

Spotlight Artist
Jalen Bell is a Lansing-area artist whose Spotlight feature at T.L.C.W.E. introduced a gift that Lansing has needed to hear for a long time. His tenor voice carries both power and vulnerability — the kind of sound that makes a room stop and pay attention, then slowly open up. Jalen's ministry goes beyond the song; it creates an invitation for people to encounter something real. His presence at T.L.C.W.E. was a reminder that God is raising up voices in this city that are anointed, ready, and carrying a word the church needs to receive.
Jillian Lawrence
Our Spotlight Artists

Jillian Lawrence

Spotlight Artist
Jillian Lawrence graced the T.L.C.W.E. stage as a Spotlight Artist with a presence and a voice that the room responded to from the moment she began. Her gift is not just in what she sings but in how she carries herself — with a grace and an authority that speaks to someone who has found her identity in God rather than in the approval of the audience. Jillian's appearance at T.L.C.W.E. was a gift to the collective and to the city, and her voice left a mark on every person in the room that night.

Salt & Pepper for Your Soul
Gabe Hammes
Gabe Hammes
Vocalist
G-Squared — the duo of gifted worship artists who brought their unique sound and ministry to the T.L.C.W.E. stage — delivered exactly what their name promises: something seasoned, soulful, and spiritually grounded. Salt and pepper for the soul is not just a tagline; it is a description of what G-Squared brings every time they minister.

Their Spotlight feature was a reminder that the body of Christ contains multitudes of gifts, and that T.L.C.W.E. exists to give those gifts a platform. In the spirit of Unity that anchors everything this collective does, G-Squared showed what it looks like when two very different voices — different backgrounds, different sounds, different stories — lock into one purpose before God. That is the prayer of T.L.C.W.E.: that Love would be the bridge, and that every encounter would be a testimony of what God can do when His people choose to stand together.

Elder Thad Wills

Lansing Legend · Speaker
Elder Thad Wills is a Lansing Legend whose voice and presence carry the kind of authority that only comes from decades of faithful ministry in this city. Called upon at T.L.C.W.E. encounters to speak the Word of God over the room, Elder Wills brings a prophetic clarity and a pastoral weight that sets the spiritual temperature for everything that follows. He is not a guest appearance — he is a spiritual father whose investment in what T.L.C.W.E. is doing speaks to how seriously he takes the next generation. When Elder Wills speaks, the room is built up.

Gabe Hammes

Videographer/Photographer
Gabe Hammes serves T.L.C.W.E. as a visual specialist, capturing the many angles of legacy within each encounter through both photography and videography. Originally from outside of Lansing, Gabe found his way into the T.L.C.W.E. family through a shared conviction that every move of God deserves to be remembered. His eye for the moment — the raised hand, the tears, the expression of someone encountering God — gives the collective a visual record that words alone cannot carry. Gabe does not just document encounters; he honors them. His work is ministry through a lens.

Madison Dantley

Madison Dantley

Alto
Madison Dantley brings her alto voice and a heart of sincere worship to the T.L.C.W.E. collective with a gift that is as genuine as it is powerful. Her voice adds a rich, grounded depth to the harmony section that anchors the collective's sound and gives the sopranos a foundation to soar over. Madison does not sing to be seen — she sings because she is compelled to. Her presence on the vocal team reflects the standard T.L.C.W.E. holds for every person on the platform: gifted, surrendered, and fully committed to the encounter over the performance.
