Christopher Hoskins
The Visionaries

Christopher Hoskins

Visionary & Founder · Tenor · Board Member
Born and raised on the south side of Lansing, Michigan, Christopher Hoskins carries his city in everything he does. A visionary leader, creative strategist, and graduate of Johnson C. Smith University — a proud HBCU in Charlotte, North Carolina — where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering, Christopher has always moved at the intersection of faith and excellence. From crafting the flyers and medleys that set the atmosphere before anyone walks through the door, to building the vision that holds T.L.C.W.E. together, his creativity is not just a skill — it is an act of service.

For Christopher, worship is not a genre or a moment. It is the way. The way to reach the Father through every expression of your heart — in joy, in grief, in victory, in the valley. He believes that worship is the avenue through which God gives you everything you need and positions you to receive everything He has for you. That conviction is the heartbeat behind every encounter T.L.C.W.E. hosts.

Outside of the ministry, Christopher is a son, brother, friend, caretaker, nephew, servant, and helper — a man defined not by a title but by his presence in the lives of the people around him. What matters most to him is seeing people healed, set free, and delivered. Not by his hand, but by their own surrender to Jesus Christ.

The vision is bigger than any one person. God made sure of that — and Christopher builds accordingly.
Janay Hawkins
The Visionaries

Janay Hawkins

Visionary · Founder · Alto · Board Member
Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Janay discovered her love for music and the arts at an early age.

As a singer, dancer, actress, and writer, creativity has always been woven into every part of who she is, shaping not only her gifts but also her purpose.

Her passion for music continued to grow through years of ministry, performance, and worship experiences that deepened her ear for harmonies, vocal arrangement, and the power music has to bring people together.

As the visionary of The Lansing Collective Worship Encounter, her heart is centered on creating spaces where authenticity, vulnerability, and freedom are welcomed. She believes that worship is more than a sound — it is an encounter that has the ability to heal, unite, and transform lives. Her desire is to cultivate an atmosphere where people can come as they are, freely express themselves, and genuinely connect with God without fear or limitation. Beyond ministry and music, she is a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend who values faith, community, and meaningful relationships. Whether leading, serving, or creating, she strives to carry a spirit of humility, humor, excellence, joy, and compassion in every space she enters. Driven by purpose and fueled by a deep love for worship and people, she remains committed to building a movement that inspires creativity, unity, and life-changing encounters through the presence of God.

Johnathan Crutcher
The Singers

Johnathan Crutcher

Tenor
Johnathan Crutcher is a tenor whose voice carries something that cannot be manufactured — it is the product of a life lived in pursuit of God. From the moment he opens his mouth, the atmosphere shifts. His gift is not just musical; it is ministerial. As part of the T.L.C.W.E. vocal team, Johnathan brings a depth and anointing that anchors the praise section of every encounter. He is a worshiper first, and the sound that follows is simply the overflow of that.
Breanna Johnson
The Singers

Breanna Johnson

Alto
Breanna Love Johnson is originally from Xenia, Ohio, and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She serves as a Youth Mindfulness Specialist and is a dedicated member of Tabernacle of David Church. With nearly 10 years of experience singing in choirs and praise teams, Breanna brings a depth of worship and a heart of service to every encounter with T.L.C.W.E.

Breanna carries a warmth that fills every room before she ever opens her mouth to sing. Her voice is a vessel — one she has consecrated to God and offered freely to T.L.C.W.E. She believes deeply in the power of Unity among the body of Christ, and that when voices agree in Love, something unshakeable begins to move. In this collective, Breanna has found not just a team, but a family — and she pours that family into every note, every rehearsal, and every moment of Prayer that precedes the worship.
Blaire Crutcher
The Singers

Blaire Crutcher

Soprano
Blaire Crutcher's soprano voice has a quality that is both powerful and precise — it cuts through the room and calls people higher. Her gift is not just in the range she carries but in the intention behind every note. As part of T.L.C.W.E.'s vocal team, Blaire brings a consistency and grace to the praise section that helps shape the sound of the collective. She worships with a sensitivity to the Spirit that makes every encounter feel like it was built for something greater than the music itself.
Ta'Neeka DeMyers
The Singers

Ta'Neeka DeMyers

Soprano
Ta'Neeka DeMyers brings a bright, Spirit-filled soprano voice to T.L.C.W.E. that helps create the kind of atmosphere the collective is known for. Her gift is rooted in a genuine love for the presence of God, and that authenticity comes through in everything she does on the platform. She is not just a vocalist — she is a worshiper whose heart is fully surrendered to the moment. Ta'Neeka represents the generational legacy that runs deep in the DeMyers family and in the DNA of T.L.C.W.E. itself.
Annastasha Trevino
The Singers

Annastasha Trevino

Alto
Annastasha Trevino's alto voice carries a richness and a warmth that adds texture and depth to T.L.C.W.E.'s live sound. As part of a multi-generational worship collective, her voice reflects the diversity and the unity that the movement stands for — different backgrounds, different tones, all pointing to the same God. Annastasha worships with an authenticity that is felt before it is heard, and her presence on the vocal team reinforces the foundation that T.L.C.W.E. was built upon: Unity, Love, and Prayer.
Cameron Morgan
The Musicians

Cameron Morgan

Keyboard
Cameron Morgan builds the sonic foundation of every T.L.C.W.E. encounter from the keyboard. A musician with both technical skill and spiritual sensitivity, Cameron understands that the keys are not just an instrument — they are a vehicle for atmosphere. His playing creates the space where worship can deepen and the room can respond to what God is doing. Whether he is leading melodically or holding down the harmonic bed for the singers, Cameron's contribution to the T.L.C.W.E. sound is consistent, anointed, and essential.
David Smith
The Musicians

David Smith

Drums
David Smith is the rhythmic heartbeat of T.L.C.W.E. Behind the drum kit, he does more than keep time — he drives the energy of the room, responds to the Spirit, and gives the collective a live sound that has momentum and weight. David understands that drums in a worship setting are not about performance; they are about presence. His ability to lock in with the band while staying sensitive to where the moment is going makes him one of the most valuable musicians on the T.L.C.W.E. team.
Destavioun Carr
The Musicians

Destavioun Carr

Guitar
Destavioun Carr's guitar work adds texture, color, and anointing to the T.L.C.W.E. live sound. His playing moves between rhythm and lead with a naturalness that speaks to years of development and a genuine love for the craft. But beyond the musicianship, Destavioun carries his gift as a form of ministry — every note placed with intention, every chord change in service of the moment. He is exactly the kind of musician T.L.C.W.E. was built to gather: skilled, Spirit-led, and submitted to the collective sound.
Hezekiah Trevino
The Musicians

Hezekiah Trevino

Guitar
Hezekiah Trevino brings a unique voice to the guitar that sets him apart from the moment he plays. His style weaves melody and ministry together in a way that serves the song without overpowering it — the mark of a mature musician. As part of the T.L.C.W.E. band, Hezekiah adds a layer to the live sound that gives every encounter a fullness and a richness the room can feel. He is a worshiper with a guitar, and the difference between that and a guitarist who worships is something T.L.C.W.E. takes seriously.
Jayvon DeMyers
The Musicians

Jayvon DeMyers

Keyboardist
Jayvon DeMyers has been part of T.L.C.W.E.'s musical journey since the very beginning. As a keyboardist for our very first Worship Night, his gift helped establish the atmosphere that would become the foundation of this movement. He later returned to serve during Bless Fest, continuing to use his musical excellence to support worship experiences centered on Unity, Love, and Prayer.

Jayvon's willingness to serve whenever called reflects the heart of T.L.C.W.E. — worship is not about individual recognition, but about creating space for people to encounter the presence of God together.
Aaron Shelton
The Musicians

Aaron Shelton

Keyboardist
Aaron Shelton joins T.L.C.W.E. as a gifted keyboardist whose musical excellence has taken him around the world. With a heart for worship and a passion for serving through music, Aaron continues to use his gifts wherever God opens the door.

As T.L.C.W.E. prepares to serve during the 517 Juneteenth Celebration, Aaron steps into the team bringing both experience and humility, helping cultivate an atmosphere where Unity, Love, and Prayer remain at the center of every encounter.

His commitment to excellence and worship makes him a valued part of the growing T.L.C.W.E. family.
Aniyah DeMyers
The Singers

Aniyah DeMyers

Alto
Aniyah DeMyers is part of the next generation that T.L.C.W.E. was always meant to carry. Her alto voice is anointed, her presence on the platform is confident, and her commitment to the collective is evidence that the movement is not a trend — it is a legacy in the making. Aniyah steps into her assignment with a hunger that is rare for someone her age, and the sound she adds to the young adult section of T.L.C.W.E. is a reminder that God has always used the young to do extraordinary things.
Chase Sims
The Singers

Chase Sims

Tenor
Chase Sims brings a strong tenor voice and a young man's hunger for God that is exactly the kind of next-generation sound T.L.C.W.E. was built to release. His gift is developing in real time, sharpened by every encounter, every rehearsal, every moment of corporate worship. Chase represents the future of what T.L.C.W.E. is building — a collective that does not retire its singers but raises up the next ones. He worships with everything he has, and the room is better for it every time he steps to the microphone.
Davine Welcome
The Singers

Davine Welcome

Soprano
Davine Welcome carries a soprano voice that reflects a surrender far beyond her years. Her clarity of tone and depth of worship speak to a young woman who has chosen to give her gift fully to God rather than hold any part of it back. As part of T.L.C.W.E.'s young adult vocal team, Davine adds a brightness and a beauty to the collective sound that is both refreshing and anointed. She is proof that the next generation does not need to be convinced — they simply need a platform, and they will show you who they are.
Greg DeMyers III
The Singers

Greg DeMyers III

Tenor
Greg DeMyers III represents a generational legacy of faith that runs through the DeMyers family name and into the DNA of T.L.C.W.E. itself. His tenor voice carries a weight that speaks to the family's collective history of worship, ministry, and presence in the Lansing church community. As a young adult member of the collective, Greg III is not just following in footsteps — he is forging his own path while honoring what came before him. His presence in the room is both earned and anointed, and the sound he carries reflects both.
Jai Marie Cook
The Singers

Jai Marie Cook

Soprano
Jai Marie Cook carries a soprano voice that adds height and heart to everything T.L.C.W.E. builds in a room. Her gift is delivered with intention and authenticity — not for attention, but because worship is simply who she is. As part of the young adult vocal team, Jai Marie brings a clarity and a fire that reminds the room that this generation is not waiting for permission. They are ready, they are anointed, and T.L.C.W.E. is the platform where that anointing is being released to the city of Lansing and beyond.
Purpose DeMyers
The Singers

Purpose DeMyers

Alto
Her name says everything. Purpose DeMyers does not carry her assignment casually — she carries it with intention, with depth, and with a clarity that makes you believe she has always known exactly what she was made to do. Her alto voice adds a richness to the T.L.C.W.E. sound that anchors the harmony and grounds the room. As a young adult member of the collective, Purpose is proof that when God names you, He also equips you. She is not becoming who she is meant to be — she already is.
Jordan Parker
The Musicians

Jordan Parker

Drums
My name is Jordan Parker, and I was born and raised in the Lansing area. I am currently attending Wayne State University, where I am pursuing my Master's in Social Work. In the future, I plan to open a private practice that provides music therapy and counseling services for individuals and families. I love playing the drums because it allows me to express creativity, and it is a gift that God has blessed me with since birth.

Jordan understands that the drummer is the heartbeat of the room — and he treats that responsibility as sacred. His consistency behind the kit reflects the same steadiness he brings to the team: reliable, focused, and always in service of something greater than himself. In T.L.C.W.E., Jordan has embraced the call to Unity — to lock in not just rhythmically with the musicians, but spiritually with every voice and intercessor on the team. He believes that great worship is born in Prayer long before the first downbeat, and he carries that conviction every time he sits down to play.

Drew Bodiford
The Musicians

Drew Bodiford

Keyboard · Drums
Drew Bodiford brings a rare versatility to the T.L.C.W.E. sound, covering both keyboard and drums with the kind of ease that only comes from years of dedicated musicianship. His ability to move between instruments makes him one of the most valuable players in the collective — always ready, always adaptable, always serving the moment rather than himself. Drew Bodiford's musical range adds a flexibility to live worship that gives the team room to follow the Spirit wherever the encounter leads. He is the kind of musician every worship team needs and few are blessed to have.
Alton
The Musicians

Aalton Bodiford

Bass Guitar
Aalton Bodiford's bass guitar holds down the low end of T.L.C.W.E.'s live sound with a groove and a weight that the room can feel before it can fully describe. The bass is often the most underappreciated instrument in worship, but in the hands of someone who understands its role, it becomes the gravitational center of everything else. Aalton Bodiford understands that. His foundation gives the band a place to lock in, the singers a pocket to rest in, and the room a reason to move. His gift is quiet, essential, and deeply anointed.
Regine Cherry
The Singers

Regine Cherry

Soprano
Regine Cherry brings her voice and her gift to T.L.C.W.E. with a love for God that is evident from the first note she sings. Her soprano adds depth, anointing, and a genuine warmth to the collective's sound that the room responds to. Regine does not approach the microphone as a performer — she approaches it as a worshiper who happens to be gifted, and that distinction matters deeply in a movement like T.L.C.W.E. Her contribution to the praise team reflects exactly the kind of heart the collective was built to gather and release.
Pastor Anthony Taylor
The Musicians

Pastor Anthony Taylor

Piano
Pastor Anthony Taylor brings a seasoned anointing to the piano keys that comes from a lifetime of ministry, not just years of practice. His playing carries a spiritual weight that changes the texture of every T.L.C.W.E. encounter he is part of — it is the sound of someone who knows the presence of God personally and has learned how to create space for others to encounter it. As a pastor and a musician, Pastor Taylor operates at the intersection of leadership and worship, and the T.L.C.W.E. collective is deeply honored to have him seated at the keys.
Curtis Nyembwe
The Musicians

Curtis Nyembwe

Bass · Musician
Curtis Nyembwe brings his gift on the bass to the T.L.C.W.E. live sound with a precision and an anointing that is immediately felt by everyone in the room. His approach to the instrument is both technical and spiritual — he understands that the bass is not just about the note, it is about the feel, the timing, and the intention behind it. Curtis holds down the low end with a maturity and a steadiness that gives the entire band a foundation to build from. His gift serves the music, and the music serves the moment.
Clevon Robertson
The Musicians

Clevon Robertson

Keyboard · Aux
Clevon Robertson covers keys and aux for T.L.C.W.E., adding layers, texture, and depth to the collective's live sound that give every encounter a fullness that a single instrument cannot produce on its own. His understanding of sonic layering — knowing when to add and when to hold back — speaks to a musician who has learned to serve the song rather than the spotlight. Clevon's contribution to the T.L.C.W.E. band is the kind that may not always be the loudest, but it is always felt. Remove it, and the room knows something is missing.
Alex Canady
The Musicians

Alex Canady

Organ
Alex Canady brings the voice of the organ to T.L.C.W.E.'s live worship sound — an instrument that carries the weight of the Black church tradition and the history of Spirit-filled worship in its every chord. His organ ministry adds a dimension to the collective's sound that connects the movement to something ancient and holy. Alex understands that the organ is not background music; it is a declaration. His gift grounds the collective's sound in the rich heritage of gospel worship, reminding the room that what T.L.C.W.E. is building has roots that go back generations.
Wesley Canady
The Musicians

Wesley Canady

Keyboard
Wesley Canady's hands on the keyboard are an act of worship. His musicianship blends technical excellence with spiritual sensitivity in a way that serves the moment rather than the musician, and the T.L.C.W.E. sound is richer because of it. Wesley carries his gift with a humility that is rare and a precision that is evident — each note placed with intention, each transition in service of where the Spirit is leading. As part of the T.L.C.W.E. band, Wesley brings both skill and surrender to the keys, and the combination creates something the room can feel.
Madison Danley
The Singers

Madison Danley

Alto
Madison Danley brings her alto voice and a heart of sincere worship to the T.L.C.W.E. collective with a gift that is as genuine as it is powerful. Her voice adds a rich, grounded depth to the harmony section that anchors the collective's sound and gives the sopranos a foundation to soar over. Madison does not sing to be seen — she sings because she is compelled to. Her presence on the vocal team reflects the standard T.L.C.W.E. holds for every person on the platform: gifted, surrendered, and fully committed to the encounter over the performance.
Jalen Bell
The Singers

Jalen Bell

Tenor
Jalen Bell is a Lansing-area artist whose Spotlight feature at T.L.C.W.E. introduced a gift that Lansing has needed to hear for a long time. His tenor voice carries both power and vulnerability — the kind of sound that makes a room stop and pay attention, then slowly open up. Jalen's ministry goes beyond the song; it creates an invitation for people to encounter something real. His presence at T.L.C.W.E. was a reminder that God is raising up voices in this city that are anointed, ready, and carrying a word the church needs to receive.
