The Lansing Collective Worship Encounter (T.L.C.W.E.) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through tlcwe.org, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us by filling out a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that may include:

Prayer requests - your name and email (optional, if you'd like a response), and the content of your request. You may submit a prayer request anonymously.
Booking inquiries - your name, email, phone number, church or organization name, event date, location, and event details.
Merch order inquiries - your name, contact information, the item you're interested in, and any notes you include.
Team agreement submissions - your name, email, role, and signature, for internal record-keeping by T.L.C.W.E. leadership.
General contact and inquiry forms - whatever information you choose to include when reaching out to us.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site, and we do not automatically collect browsing data beyond what's needed to keep the site running on our hosting provider.

How We Use It

Information submitted through our forms is used only for the purpose you submitted it for - to pray over your request, follow up on a booking inquiry, respond to a merch order, process a team agreement, or respond to your message. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Prayer requests are seen only by T.L.C.W.E.'s intercessory team and are treated as confidential. If you submit a request anonymously, we have no way of identifying you.

How It's Stored

Form submissions on this site are processed through Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to T.L.C.W.E.'s email and internal records. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure, but no online transmission is ever 100% guaranteed to be secure.

Your Choices

You're always free to choose what information you share with us. Prayer requests can be submitted anonymously. If at any point you'd like us to delete information you've previously submitted, contact us using the information below and we'll take care of it.

Children's Privacy

Our website and forms are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental involvement.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
