Born and raised on the south side of Lansing, Michigan, Christopher Hoskins carries his city in everything he does. A visionary leader, creative strategist, and graduate of Johnson C. Smith University — a proud HBCU in Charlotte, North Carolina — where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering, Christopher has always moved at the intersection of faith and excellence. From crafting the flyers and medleys that set the atmosphere before anyone walks through the door, to building the vision that holds T.L.C.W.E. together, his creativity is not just a skill — it is an act of service.

For Christopher, worship is not a genre or a moment. It is the way. The way to reach the Father through every expression of your heart — in joy, in grief, in victory, in the valley. He believes that worship is the avenue through which God gives you everything you need and positions you to receive everything He has for you. That conviction is the heartbeat behind every encounter T.L.C.W.E. hosts.

Outside of the ministry, Christopher is a son, brother, friend, caretaker, nephew, servant, and helper — a man defined not by a title but by his presence in the lives of the people around him. What matters most to him is seeing people healed, set free, and delivered. Not by his hand, but by their own surrender to Jesus Christ.

The vision is bigger than any one person. God made sure of that — and Christopher builds accordingly.

Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Janay discovered her love for music and the arts at an early age. As a singer, dancer, actress, and writer, creativity has always been woven into every part of who she is.

As the visionary of The Lansing Collective Worship Encounter, her heart is centered on creating spaces where authenticity, vulnerability, and freedom are welcomed. She believes that worship is more than a sound — it is an encounter that has the ability to heal, unite, and transform lives.

Beyond ministry and music, she is a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend who values faith, community, and meaningful relationships. Driven by purpose and fueled by a deep love for worship and people, she remains committed to building a movement that inspires creativity, unity, and life-changing encounters through the presence of God.

Paul Garrett III is a Lansing, Michigan native, worship leader, and vocalist with a lifelong foundation in ministry and over eight years of worship leadership experience. Passionate about unity within worship teams, he is dedicated to bridging the gap between lead and background vocals, empowering the next generation, and honoring the legacy of those who came before him.

Shamar Flowers is a lifelong resident of the city of Lansing. He is the 10th of 11 children, all of whom were raised in the church at Bethlehem Temple Church. Shamar is the proud father of two amazing children and is exceedingly blessed to be married to Tamera Carter.

Professionally, Shamar serves as a branch manager at a credit union and has nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry. His passion for music deepened during high school through participation in the Men's Glee Club, where he developed a greater appreciation and understanding of vocal performance.

Shamar has been singing since childhood and has participated in renowned choir competitions, including the Verizon Wireless How Sweet The Sound. His commitment to ministry continues through his dedicated service at Tabernacle of David, where he actively serves on both the music ministry and finance team.

Known for his servant's heart and passion for helping others, Shamar has supported and served numerous gospel artists including Antwaun Cooks, Isabel Davis, Robert Kyle III, and Apostle Larry Trice.

Beyond his professional and ministry work, Shamar is deeply invested in community service, contributing his leadership to various organizations including OurSpace 517. Driven by faith, service, and a commitment to uplifting others, Shamar continues to make a lasting impact through ministry, leadership, music, and community engagement.

Kortnee serves as Board Treasurer, managing the financial integrity of T.L.C.W.E. while lending her soprano voice to every encounter.

A dedicated servant-leader and vital part of the T.L.C.W.E. Board of Directors, Tamera Flowers brings a spirit of faithfulness, warmth, and purpose to everything she touches. Her commitment to the vision of T.L.C.W.E. reflects a heart that believes in what God is doing through this team — and she shows up every time to make sure it gets done with excellence and love.

Regine Cherry brings her voice and her gift to the T.L.C.W.E. praise team, adding depth, anointing, and a genuine love for worship to every encounter.

Cameron builds the sonic foundation of every T.L.C.W.E. encounter from the keys — creating the atmosphere that carries worship forward.

The rhythmic heartbeat of T.L.C.W.E. David's drumming drives the momentum and energy of every live encounter.

Destavioun's guitar work adds texture, color, and anointing to the collective's live sound in worship.

Hezekiah brings a unique sound to the guitar, weaving melody and ministry together in every T.L.C.W.E. set.

My name is Jordan Parker, and I was born and raised in the Lansing area. I am currently attending Wayne State University, where I am pursuing my Master's in Social Work. In the future, I plan to open a private practice that provides music therapy and counseling services for individuals and families. I love playing the drums because it allows me to express creativity, and it is a gift that God has blessed me with since birth.

Drew brings versatility and anointing to the T.L.C.W.E. sound, covering both keyboard and drums. His musical range adds dimension and depth to every worship encounter.

Alton's bass guitar holds down the low end of T.L.C.W.E.'s live sound, giving the music its groove and weight. His foundation in the band keeps every encounter moving.

Pastor Anthony Taylor brings a seasoned anointing to the keys — his piano ministry adds a depth and spiritual weight to T.L.C.W.E.'s live worship sound that only comes from years of faithful service.

Curtis Nyembwe brings his gift on the bass to the T.L.C.W.E. live sound — holding down the low end with precision and anointing. His musicianship adds a depth and groove to every encounter that you feel before you hear it.

Clevon Robertson covers keys and aux for T.L.C.W.E., adding layers and texture to the collective's live sound. His musical versatility helps fill the room with everything the worship moment needs.

Kisha leads the intercession of T.L.C.W.E. with authority and fire — covering every encounter in prayer before the first note is ever played.

Meet Andrea! A prophetic intercessor and an emerging voice deeply committed to biblical truths and living a life rooted in the transformative power of God's Word. She believes in continually being a student of the scriptures, driven by a heart that seeks understanding, revelation and to make known the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As a higher education professional, she offers coaching strategies and facilitation methods within the realm of organizational leadership. Her professional journey is built on a foundation of guiding individuals to unlock their full potential, through mentorship and counseling.

Born and raised in Lansing, she's a multifaceted creative, avid traveler, auntie and dog mom.

Heaven In Motion is the liturgical dance ministry of The Lansing Collective Worship Encounter. Through flags, garments, and movement, they carry the presence of God into every room they enter.

G-Squared — Gregory DeMyers Jr. and Gabe Hammes — are a dynamic duo known as "Salt & Pepper for Your Soul." Together they brought a unique sound and undeniable chemistry to the T.L.C.W.E. Worship Night, proving that Lansing's creative anointing runs deep.

A Lansing Legend. Elder Thad Wills is called upon at T.L.C.W.E. encounters to speak the Word of God over the room. His voice carries the weight of years of faithful ministry in this city — when Elder Wills speaks, the atmosphere shifts.
