Purpose

This agreement ensures unity, clarity, and fairness among all team members serving within THE LANSING COLLECTIVE WORSHIP ENCOUNTER (T.L.C.W.E.)

Team Structure

T.L.C.W.E. operates as a collective team including singers, musicians, intercessors, praise dancers, and young adults.

Payout Structure

Payments are based on total event compensation
A percentage (10–20%) is set aside for organizational growth
A leadership portion may be allocated
Remaining funds are distributed among team members

Expectations

All members agree to:

Arrive on time and prepared
Maintain unity and respect
Honor leadership and direction
Represent T.L.C.W.E. with excellence

As Representatives of T.L.C.W.E.

All members commit to:

Operating in unity, humility, and excellence
Honoring leadership and authority structures
Maintaining modest and appropriate attire
Refraining from disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior
Prioritizing ministry over performance

We are not performers. We are vessels for worship.

Conduct

Members must maintain professional behavior
Respect for ministry environments is required
No disruptive or inappropriate conduct - T.L.C.W.E. reserves the right to remove any participant who does not align with these standards
